Terms of Service

Last updated November 7, 2026

These terms apply when you download, use or buy ClipMind, a clipboard manager for macOS made by Kamal Hosen (“we”). By using ClipMind you agree to them.

Free trial

You can use every feature of ClipMind free for 14 days. After the trial, you need a license to keep using it.

License

Purchases

Orders are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles payment, sales tax and VAT, and invoices. Polar’s own terms also apply to your purchase. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy(14 days).

Your content

What you copy belongs to you and stays on your Mac. You are responsible for the content you keep in ClipMind and for backing it up. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Third-party components

ClipMind includes open-source software and downloads an AI model (EmbeddingGemma) that are provided under their own licenses. Those licenses are listed in the app.

No warranty

ClipMind is provided “as is”. We work to make it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free, that search will always find what you want, or that it will work with every app. Don’t use it as the only copy of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for ClipMind. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending your license

If you break these terms, for example by sharing your key, we may revoke your license. If you are refunded, your license is revoked and you should stop using the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one on this page when you buy or update ClipMind.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [NEED: country whose law governs the terms].
