Refund Policy

ClipMind has a 14-day free trial, so you can check that it works for you before paying. If it still isn’t right after you buy, you can get your money back.

14-day refunds

Email support@clipmind.app within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you bought with or your order number. You don’t need to give a reason, though we’d like to hear it.

We refund the full amount through Polar, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. It usually appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Your license key is revoked. Please deactivate ClipMind and stop using it on your Macs.

After 14 days

We generally don’t refund purchases after 14 days. If something is broken and we can’t fix it, write to us anyway and we’ll work it out. This doesn’t affect any refund rights you have under the law where you live.

Duplicate purchases

If you were charged twice by mistake, we’ll refund the extra purchase at any time.
